This dress is beautiful and fits true to size. I am just disappointed in the condition that it arrived in. It was bunched up in a plastic bag during shipping, which led to it being extremely wrinkled. It is so wrinkled that I definitely cannot wear it without ironing it. It took me 2+ hours to iron it and attempt to get the wrinkles out. I will have to resort to getting it professionally steamed. It’s just disappointing to buy a brand new, expensive dress in unwearable condition. I hope they will take more consideration of their shipping methods in the future so that customers don’t receive wrinkled messes.
