A quick guide to how returns work at Odd Muse. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
We can't accept returns with marks (makeup, deodorant, fake tan, etc.).
Items labelled non-returnable can't be returned.
If your return brings your order total below £250, The Ultimate Muse Eau De Parfum (your gift with purchase) needs to be returned too, unopened. If it isn't, or arrives opened, £65 will be deducted from your refund.
Online orders can only be returned online, not in-store.
Store purchases can only be returned in-store, within 14 days.
Let us know within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
Faults reported within 3 months are reviewed; after that, it's likely general wear and tear.
- Head to our returns portal.
- Enter your order number and email.
- Choose what you'd like to return or exchange.
- Pick a shipping method and get your QR code.
- Drop your parcel off at your chosen location.
Return costs
Return postage is deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees and Swap Protect aren't refundable.

Processed back to your original payment method.
Allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear once approved.
We don't offer international exchanges, only returns for eligible items.
