We are celebrating four years of Odd Muse since our Founder, Aimee took her prevailing desire to change the status quo for young women and slow down fashion with the curation of the one and only, Odd Muse. In just four short n’ sweet years we have gone from a team of one to over thirty, become renowned for introducing young women to investment fashion, producing sell-out collections of go-to mini dresses and our signature cinch blazers, took on our LFW debut, opened our flagship store and most importantly created our lifelong community of muses. To celebrate the past four years of absolute craziness and love, we break down four of our team's best memories to date…

Pearl Dress Launch

One of Odd Muse’s first-ever teamies, Alice (now our Junior Buyer and Wholesale Manager) holds a special place in her heart for the iconic pearl dress launch in 2022, “The most impactful moment for me was the day we launched the classic pearl dress as it was the dress that skyrocketed the brand.” Selling out in just one minute, undoubtedly changed the trajectory of Odd Muse and even led to one of our signature stamps, pearls.

London Fashion Week

Muses, you undoubtedly remember our LFW debut? But here is the rundown from inside the team, as Hannah our PR and Communications Executive favourite moment to date, “It truly was the most iconic and memorable night for not only the brand but all the OM teamies involved, everyone worked so hard on bringing the show to life and it truly paved the way for all of the brand's success it has had since.”

Not only Hannah’s, but Sophie, our Content Creation Assistant's most unforgettable OM moment too as it got the whole team involved in one special memory, “ I will never forget how much effort every OM girl put in and we all just came together and pulled it off in about 8 weeks. I feel like people still don't really understand that there were only about 20 people behind that show, all young girls in their 20s just wanting to pull off an amazing night to showcase an amazing brand and for an amazing cause.”

Record-breaking Resort 2024 Launch

Arguably, the atmosphere in the office on a launch day is better than a Sabrina Carpenter concert. But Resort? That’s a whole new level of excitement. Awaiting in anticipation to see if it was even possible to beat the best launch of 2023, and the team exceeded it. Notably, Marketing Manager Leona’s favourite moment, “The atmosphere in the office was amazing, it was great to see everyone’s hard work pay off.” Warehouse Manager, Shannon couldn’t agree more, “Watching the launch live and how crazy it went was amazing. My favourite days are launch days. Seeing how much the brand has grown in a short space of time, from managing the warehouse I have seen the orders go from 100 a day to 400/500 orders a day. I love seeing how moving warehouses has changed the game and how the brand has just grown rapidly.”

Team Day

In the past few months we were graced with our new team day tradition, filled with celebration and collaboration, specifically our Design Assistant, Mollie’s favourite OM moment, “It was such a special day bonding, learning exactly what everyone's role is and what their job entails! It's really great working with a team where everyone is so dedicated and authentically enthusiastic about their role, the OM brand and ethos as well as all of our products. It was a fantastic day where I felt truly spoilt and lucky to be a part of such a lovely team where all your hard work is appreciated and to be involved with the development of the brand, as even though I only started in May, I have already seen such rapid growth and I feel like the team day was really uplifting and truly highlighted everything that's so positive and special about OM!”
