Yes, all orders placed worldwide can be returned through our returns portal with our standard returns policy, which you may return 14 days after receiving your order.
This applies for all orders APART FROM any items marked and labelled final sale. Anything labelled as ‘FINAL SALE’ which cannot be returned or exchanged.
Muses, we know you may have a couple of extra questions, concerns or experience a problem during the craze of the Black Friday sale which means you’ll be reaching out to our customer service team. To allow us to solve your query as promptly as possible, please ensure that your first email includes as much detail as you can. Please only send one email, if you continue to add to your email chain, you will bounce back to the top of our inbox and get a later response than you deserve muse.
If you don’t receive a response straight away, don’t panic muse! We are coming to you and working as fast as we can to take care of any issues you may be facing. Remember, things get even busier for us at this time of year, so please be patient with us and trust we are coming right to you.

All of our regular payments will be available to use, from PayPal to Apple Pay and include major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Yes muses, you can use any existing gift cards or return store credits at the checkout. You can also purchase gift cards during the Black Friday sale, but these won’t be included in the discounted items.
We pack our orders fast, so during the Black Friday sale, you will not be able to amend or cancel once you have placed your order.
Of course, Muse! Our Flagship store in Covent Garden will be running discounts from Thursday to Sunday. But, please do be aware that the fitting rooms will be closed.
If you're shopping Muse Friday at our New York Pop-up, we will be running discounts from Friday to Sunday and the fitting rooms will remain open.
If you placed multiple orders and one of those orders included an item on pre-order, that entire order will be shipped out on the pre-order date given at the time placed of your order.
All shipping choices will be available as usual. Please ensure that the item you have ordered is not on pre-order, as this will be processed according to the pre-order date and dispatched according to your chosen shipping option.
Next-day orders must be placed by 2PM in the UK.
Orders placed by 4PM on Standard Delivery will be shipped out the same day. Please note, that online orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
