How do you feel motivated/supported in a female-led business?

Within the Buying team, Business Development Manager Alice tells us the female-driven team is of utmost importance to her feeling supported in the workplace, “Within Odd Muse, I am constantly surrounded by my amazing team as well as other departments, teamwork across projects is always what keeps me the most motivated.”

Summer shares how being a part of an empowering team she always feels valued in the workplace, “I feel motivated as my unique contributions are always acknowledged and valued working in a female-led business. Working for Odd Muse, and with like-minded and empowering women, I know all my achievements no matter how big or small are always recognised and appreciated”

At the heart of Odd Muse HQ is the support in and out of the office, “The Odd Muse Team is honestly the best. Working with like-minded people mostly females who are always there to support you not just in the workplace but also outside of it. We are truly a team that can do anything that comes our way.” Executive Assistant, Lily shares.

Marketing Executive Chloe shares that while an office full of women can often face judgment and stereotypes, the Odd Muse office is a place of growth for women battling inequality in the workplace “The Odd Muse office is a team full of mostly women, which often has negative connotations however this is definitely not the case in our office! We all work so well as a team, support each other with any issues or problems we have daily and constantly motivate each other to do amazing!”

Within Customer Service, Olivia shares how the environment uplifts her, “Working for such a successful female-led business is so motivating as it shows how successful it can be and that the sky is the limit! Everyone is so supportive and uplifting of one another”
