Device information

Order information

If you withdraw an order electronically

We process the personal data needed to handle your withdrawal, such as your name, contact details, and order number. This is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and is kept only as long as needed to process the withdrawal and meet our legal retention obligations.

We retain order information unless you request its deletion after placing an order.
