Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.

You can also track your order via our Order Tracking portal. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 2 working days, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@oddmuse.co.uk.

UK & Rest of World — Order before 4PM (BST) Sunday to Friday for same-day dispatch. We do not process orders on UK public holidays.

United States — Order before 3PM (EST) Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch from our US warehouse. We do not process orders on US public holidays.

Delivery estimates begin from the next working day. Shipping times are estimates from our couriers.

UK — All UK orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse. Prices include VAT — no additional duties or customs charges apply.

United States — We ship directly from our US warehouse, so there are no import tariffs or customs charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Europe & Australia — Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Rest of World — Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your local customs authority. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are due upon delivery.
