If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.
Your order will come intact with a manual returns form, please fill this out and return the order to us. Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. All orders are intact with a return ribbon, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. Tags must also be intact.

Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days, like returns they are not free. We do however pay for the cost of the postage back to you (This does not apply to international customers) .
